A lot of inter-cultural marriages, inspite the culture differences, work.  But I imagine it is not without a lot of adjustments from both parties - the couple and their respective families.

About the photo:  The ball on  the right is known in the Philippines as “sipa” and is used in the sport Sepak Takraw.  It is like the game of volleyball, only, players use their feet to get the ball across the net.  The other ball, as many of you already know, is a soccer ball (to Americans) or football (to Europeans).
