Wifespeaks: Memoir Monday

Hello, Misis! For our very first MemoirMonday, this week’s theme is COMMITMENT.

For my entry in this week’s theme, I chose one of my favorite photos from our wedding. This picture has been in one too many blog entries in the past, but I can look at it over and over again and not tire of it. I just love how our photographers captured the subtlety of our hands behind the beautiful bouquet. As in life, it takes more than the beauty of saying Yes or I Do for any relationship to prosper. Committing yourself and making an effort to stay true to that pledge is a significant factor to making a relationship work.

How about you, Misis? What memorable photo conveys Commitment to you? Share with us your favorite wedding photo, or a snapshot of a romantic date, or maybe a telling picture of you and your significant other back when you were in the early stages of courtship. Perhaps still photos of promise/engagement/wedding rings, unity candles, or flowers, it could be anything!

    cynch: sa wedding ng kabarkada namin. set up lang siya tapos napagtripan ng friend namin na gumawa ng artistic shot. yan ang finished product hehe. ang galing noh? :)

    @cynch, ako kasya pa naman… sa kabilang kamay, hahaha. tumaba na kasi yung ring finger ko sa left kaya pde ko na sya ilagay duon. dati since mas maluwag yung ring, sa right ring finger ko sya. ngayon di na sya kasya dun :(
