I am one of those people who know nothing about cars. Nada. Zilch. Wala. One time I left my bag in a cab and I had to report the incident at the police and when it was time to describe the cab, it went something like this: “Anong clase ng taxi?” “White po.” “Hindi, anong klase yung kotse.” “Ah, bago po.” Yep, I wouldn’t even know what make it is, and unless it’s a Merck or a Beemer, I probably won’t be able to tell you what brand a car is.

And don’t get me started on the things inside! The only thing that makes a “nice” car for me is that the air-con is powerful and it rides smoothly. I wouldn’t know anything else about interiors, although I do like light coloured leather seats ….

I remember a scene in Pretty Woman when Richard Gere’s character says that his first car is a limousine. I have never owned a car, so don’t mind if my first car is a Maybach but I really don’t think that would help with the road conditions in my current city. Again, let me say I know nothing about cars, and all I am basing my choice on is legroom, the luxurious interior (read leather), and the solid brand. I just know I don’t want a gas-guzzler.
